Situated on the ground floor, its bright and colourful interior will offer you a sunny stay and outdoors, you can enjoy a glass or two on the patio, overlooking the refreshing swimming pool reserved for condo guests only. A short walk leads you to a dazzling array of restaurants, traditional artisan shops and the ferry boat to the gorgeous Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.

COLOURFUL AND COMFORTABLE INTERIOR
This ground floor apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family, located in the secure condominium of Horta Poço do Bispo. The entrance welcomes you into the bight and cheerful open plan living space which includes 2 comfy sofas, a large TV and an elegant wooden dining set. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and well equipped for home catering. A abundance of appliances include integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and an excellent supply of crockery and utensils, ideal for home catering,. Tucked neatly away at the back of the apartment are 2 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and the other with 2 single beds.. The shared bathroom offers a bathtub with an overhead shower with a constant supply of hot water as required.

OUTSIDE
To the front of the apartment, the morning rays warm the soft seating area where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast snack, or later in the evening a drink or two!. The residents pool just a few steps away is ideal for a morning swim or for the for the kids to splash around in after a hard day at the beach!

PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor, with elevator access to underground private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.
