Come and enjoy this very spacious gîte, ideally located in the heart of the village, which will allow you to explore the Loire Valley region! Welcome to this charming 140 m² vintage style farmhouse, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois to explore the Loire Valley region and its castles!

On the ground floor, you will find an equipped laundry room with its tourist point, an independent toilet with hand basin, a step separates the rooms, a large dining room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 140 cm bed ) which opens onto sanitary facilities and a bathroom,
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and television, and two bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.
Heating included and sheets provided. Compulsory cleaning fee for professionals €60.

You can enjoy an enclosed, flowery courtyard and a garden which brings calm, rest and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.

Closed garage or car access in the courtyard. Your pets are welcome.

[A small clarification, swimming in the Loire is dangerous, therefore PROHIBITED; at your disposal municipal swimming pools in Beaugency or Mer, and a large body of water with supervised swimming on Charlemagne Island in Orléans. ]

A deposit of 400€ will be required + a deposit of 300€ if animals are present.
Access is via the gate on rue des Eaux Bleues, and preferably in reverse.
