What an ideal location for a vacation! On the road towards the beaches, 25 minutes from the ocean and 10 minutes from Dax, this old workshop is inventing a new life. This cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. Tourism and Handicap Label obtained for mental and hearing disabilities. Built on one level, it includes a fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, freezer. Living room (TV, restricted telephone), 3 bedrooms (3 140 cm beds), 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 Italian shower and toilet), pantry with washing machine, dressing room. Baby equipment available (changing table, a high chair and a small wooden bed with bars). Covered terrace 15 m². Private land 1000 m² not enclosed. Garden furniture, fixed barbecue, swing. Located in the village, near Dax. On owner's land 6000 m². Beyond an animal, consult us.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
