Ideally located between Avallon and the medieval village of Noyers, listed as one of the most beautiful in France, in a small, quiet Burgundian hamlet, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated with a French ceiling in the living room and exposed beams and stone in the bedrooms. Ground floor: living room/lounge and TV with open kitchen, utility room and kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, and separate toilet. Close to the owners' farm with courtyard and enclosed grounds.

First floor: bathroom with toilet, 1 large bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with a trundle bed for 1 or 2 people with direct access to the exterior via its stone staircase and views of the lush countryside. Oil-fired central underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators on the first floor. Bicycle storage is available if needed in a small outbuilding adjoining the house. Maximum 2 pets.

CHARGES AND OPTIONS: For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Oil heating is available at an additional cost. Towels per person: €5 / End-of-stay cleaning: €55 (mandatory for business trips). Electricity is additional for those using more than 8 kWh per day.
