Description of the accommodation

Access to the gîte will be via an external staircase with stone steps and will give you access on the 1st level to a living room consisting of an equipped kitchen area, a dining area, a double bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bedroom twin (2 90x190 beds), a bathroom with shower/sink and a separate toilet. On the 2nd level, a master bedroom with a double bed (1 140x190 bed) and a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a bright living room with convertible sofa opening onto a balcony equipped with a small table with chairs . Outside: a gravel courtyard, a covered patio with garden furniture and barbecue, parking and green spaces in the form of landings are at your disposal. Linens provided. In addition: heating and electricity (€5/10 per day depending on season). sheets (10 €/bed), wood (4 €/day). Small animals are allowed on request from the owner (15€/stay for large dogs). A cellar visit can be offered on request. On the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar sur Aube and 45 km from Troyes, gite adjoining another gite for 6 people located in an old annex of the Château de Spoy in local stones renovated into a gîte that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The old charm has been preserved with the exposed stones, beams and framework.
