Welcome to our charming cottage located near an old water mill, the owners' house, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of a peaceful green landscape, our accommodation offers an idyllic getaway for nature lovers and history buffs. Wake up to the gentle murmur of the river and the chirping of birds, then have your coffee on the sunny terrace while admiring the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. History lovers or lovers of old stones, discover Souvigny, a charming medieval village and Cluniac site 3 km away. Hiking, bike riding, ... the choice is yours.
You may have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool with spa seat (10 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) at the start of summer. Work on the terrace around the swimming pool in progress. Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room with fireplace (access via 2 steps), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet, laundry room (access via 2 steps). Dining room.
