We offer you a quiet stopover just 5 km from the beach, very close to the lake and all shops and leisure activities accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle path 200m away. Here, relaxation is key and we guarantee you a peaceful stay in all seasons... An address on the coast to discover without delay... Located in a quiet area, close to the center of Soustons, with the cycle path 200m away , this independent vacation rental (located in a 1000m² enclosed property with the owner's home and another small gîte), is furnished on one level and consists of a living room (2-seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD , WIFI), a kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bathroom with shower, a toilet. A private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric barbecue extends the interior living space. Out of season, electric heating is included. We thank you for bringing your own sheets, towels and household linen. Parking is in the dead end street in front of the property.
