Here you are in the countryside, the very pleasant Carreté district of Soustons is located between forest and fields, just 10 minutes from the ocean. The sheepfold under a grove of oak trees is the ideal place for a seaside vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of seaside resorts. The character of this gîte is also worth highlighting, bricks and exposed beams have been preserved, a real holiday home in short. This gîte adjoining another is on the ground floor and mezzanine (2 single beds), living room with kitchen area, electric oven, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), washing machine, dishwasher, micro- waves, TV, fireplace, telephone, electric heating, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, covered terrace, barbecue, swing. Private land of 550 m² at the gîte. Child's bed and high chair on request. 1st cubic meter of fireplace wood offered in low season.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
