Parking space in the garden - Visitor parking in the development (250 m away) - Pets and smoking are not allowed - Barbecues are prohibited - Shops are 800 m away and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away - Outdoor terrace (14 m²) with a table, garden benches, 2 wooden deckchairs, and 2 bodyboards for children (terrace not suitable for children under 4 years old, given the lack of security from the sea fence and no separation from the neighbor's apartment = everyone respects their own space).
