(Ref. CV B 4303) - One-bedroom apartment (26 m²) - On the 2nd floor with elevator - Private parking - 200 m from the beaches and shops.

Loggia closed by bay windows offering a small sea view with Venetian blinds and a garden table and chairs - Kitchenette (2-burner electric hob - mini oven - small refrigerator - filter coffee maker) - Main room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and television - Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a tower fan - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate toilet.

Linens and towels not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee of €28 - Security deposit: €400 - Pets allowed (€20 supplement).

Paid swimming pool: Adults and teenagers aged 13 to 17: €5.20/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3.20/day (Pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Paid tennis: €6.50/hour.

Secure residence - Direct access to the sea - Wooded estate of 35 hectares of pine forest by the sea with walking trails around two large lakes, fitness trail, children's playground, boules courts, mini-golf, tennis courts, and swimming pool.

During the winter period (November to March), electricity consumption is charged at an additional cost (€0.22/kWh, based on meter readings upon arrival and departure).
