Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), chest of drawers, and French doors opening onto the garden with shutters - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), wardrobe, and French doors opening onto the courtyard with roller shutters - Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, and integrated toilet.

Upstairs: Loggia (3.5 m²) enclosed by sliding glass doors with a table, chairs, and a fan. The kitchen opens onto the living room (2-burner induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, mini oven, microwave, 2 filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, iron, and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner). The main room has a dining area, a television, a sound bar, and a double sofa bed (140 cm wide). The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, and an integrated toilet.

To the north are the communes of Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol. Further away, the Beausset basin and the foothills of the Sainte-Baume massif. To the south, Le Brusc is separated from the open sea by the Brusc lagoon and the Embiez archipelago. To the west stretches the Brusc-Six-Fours-Sanary harbor, followed by gulfs and bays (Bandol, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, La Ciotat, Cassis, and Marseille).
