Detached single-storey gite (100 m²) with view of the countryside and the forest.
Close to the forest of Parroy, the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine and its many ponds (Lindre, Rhodes, Bures), Sionviller is at the start of marked trails for hiking and mountain biking.
Lunéville and its castle with its park at 7 km.
Nancy at 33 km. Single-storey gite, entrance hall, fitted kitchen, living room & lounge with wood-burning stove (1 sofa bed), wifi internet access (fiber), TV.
A bedroom with 1 new 160x200 bed (can be converted into 2 80x200 beds on request) and a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, shower room, separate WC.
Electric heating (charges not included).
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Cleaning fee billed obligatorily for professional stays at the rate of 60€.

Very quiet gite on unenclosed grounds of 1000 m², paved terrace of 25 m² & outdoor lounge and fixed gazebo, ping-pong table. Accommodation not labeled Tourisme & Handicap but entirely on one level, adapted doors and grab bar for the WC.
You will be welcomed at the gîte by the owners.
