Spacious cottage in a very quiet location. In the countryside, quiet, 18 km from Châteaubriant, completely renovated stone farmhouse, adjoining that of the owners.
Large space to rest (2200 m²), enclosed, with swing and table tennis, and terrace with a view of the countryside and the animals (sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, gallinaceous animals).
Ground floor: large living room/living room with open kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 80X200 beds and private shower room/wc, 2: 2 90x190 beds + 90x190 bunk bed) and separate WC.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 90x190 beds and private shower room, 2: 3 80x200 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, complete baby equipment (travel cot + mattress, high chair, plastic bathtub).
Included: wood heating (pellets) and sheets.
Not included: electric heating (above 10 kWh/d) and bathroom linen.
Compulsory cleaning fee (for tourist customers €60 and professionals €80).
Possibility of fishing in the Chère at 500m (possibility of fishing license provided by the owners, at an additional cost).
