Large, enclosed space for relaxation (2,200 m²) with a swing and ping-pong table, and a terrace overlooking the countryside and the animals (sheep, chickens, dog, cat, and poultry).
Ground floor: large living/dining room with open kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms (1: two 80x200 cm beds and private shower room/toilet, 2: two 90x190 cm beds + 90x190 cm bunk bed) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: two 90x190 cm beds and private shower room, 2: three 80x200 cm beds), shower room and separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, complete baby equipment (travel cot + mattress, high chair, plastic bathtub).
Included: wood heating (pellet) and sheets.
Not included: electric heating (over 25 kWh/day) and towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee (€60 for tourists and €80 for professionals).
Fishing is available in the Chère River, 500 m away (fishing permits provided by the owners are available at an additional cost).
Guests of the Forges de la Hunaudière are offered free of charge for any one-week stay.
