Description of the accommodation

Elegant & Luxurious house in the center of Seville with private lift and roof top terrace. Luxury with a capital L. Luxury house located in the Arenal neighborhood, a few minutes from the Maestranza and in the center of Seville is this unique property. Private manor house with access with private elevator from the street level to its large solarium terrace located on the third floor. A luxury.
The entrance from the street leads to an entrance hall. On this level we have two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower is located outside the room. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Going up the stairs or if you prefer with the elevator, you reach the first floor with a large stately living room and kitchen. On the second floor we have the "master bedroom" with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub and the 4th bedroom also has a double bed and bathroom en suite.
All bedrooms have a large TV screen with Smart TV and the whole house has a SONOS audio system.
If we go up one more floor, we reach a second kitchen with sink and minibar. In this area we also have a washer and dryer and we have the exit to a large private L-shaped terrace. The terrace has a shower, sun loungers and a dining table from MAY 2020. All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
