On the right side of the hallway, you’ll find a completely new and fully equipped bathroom. Further along, the interior double bedroom offers a quiet and bright space, with a built-in wardrobe and split air conditioning for your comfort.

At the end of the hallway is a bright exterior living room, flooded with natural light thanks to its large windows. The double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare any meal.

Located on the exclusive Placentines street, from the apartment’s doorstep you can enjoy a direct view of the iconic Giralda, just 100 meters away. You can visit Seville’s main monuments on foot, without needing transportation, truly a luxury in the historic city center.
