The master bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking Calle Gravina. The other two bedrooms also feature two single beds each and balconies overlooking Plaza Puerta Real, on the central Alfonso XII street.

On the second floor, a spacious and bright living area with dining and work zones connects to the fourth bedroom, also with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The high wooden-beamed ceilings and two balconies provide abundant natural light. From the living room, you access a two-level terrace furnished to enjoy Seville’s climate, including a solarium on the upper level.

The house is located in the lively Plaza Puerta Real, part of the old walled city and the gateway to Seville’s historic center. Thanks to recent soundproofing upgrades, the property is quiet, surrounded by traditional bars and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas and Andalusian cuisine.
