Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 90 m² on the ground floor and first floor. Living room, lounge (with a 2-seater sofa) with wood stove, 2 bedrooms (2 x 3 single beds). Electric heating, bathroom, 2 toilets. Cleaning service charged if animals are present. Possibility to rent in addition to the gîte a large dining/relaxation room adjoining the gîte (information from the owner). Fanny and Frederic, from the neighboring department, fell in love with this house which they bought in 2021 to live there and create an agri-cultural activity: organic market gardening and theatre. You will appreciate the 20 m² terrace, the 200 m² enclosed garden and the exceptional rural environment (quiet, meadows and woods around the gîte, numerous marked hiking trails, to be explored on foot, by mountain bike...). Furniture, wood decoration, the pleasure of the flame with the wood stove, exposed stones, south-facing facade.

Attention in case of excessive overconsumption an additional cost may be requested.
