Holiday rentals in Sète: In a quiet residential area (parties prohibited), beautiful house of 97 m² with garden, terrace and 3 bedrooms at the bottom of Saint Clair, 1.5km from the beaches. Mobile air conditioning.
On the ground floor, it consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) open by a bar to the dining room (table, chairs, buffet) with large bay window which opens onto a 25m² terrace, toilet with hand basin and a living room with corner sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a master suite (double bed) with its bathroom and terrace. A 2nd bedroom with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a 3rd with a convertible sofa for 2 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation has wifi access, travel cot, high chair. No parties allowed. Animal allowed: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
