Holiday rental in Sète: On the top floor (with elevator), of a residence facing the beach., Exceptional 3-room apartment 55m². You will be seduced by its proximity to beaches and shops (150m). From its 28m² terrace you can sip your aperitif while contemplating the sea. You will have a beautiful living room including a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher) open to the living room (sofa bed for 2 people, TV, dining table). 2 bedrooms (with 140cm bed and cupboard) opening onto the terrace. the bathroom (shower, sink, storage) is separate from the WC. The apartment has a private parking space numbered 487. Bicycle storage in residence. You will be charmed! WIFI access.
