Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Air-conditioned studio cabin of 21m² located in a quiet residence, with trees and facing the beach. Its orientation is South. From its loggia it has a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The beach is 30m away and shops 400m away.
The living room is composed of a sofa bed (160cm), an equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, mini-oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine). In the cabin area, there are 2 bunk beds. The bathroom (sink, shower) is separate from the WC. Parking is provided no. 398. Closed by an automatic gate and guard within the residence. Bicycle storage in the residence. Pet accepted: €30.
