Holiday Rentals in Sète: Superb, well-equipped apartment, this 38m2 apartment is located on the third and top floor (no elevator) in a residence 200 m from the beach. It is composed of a living room with corner sofa, an equipped kitchen (3 hotplates, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher), a mezzanine with 2 beds for 1 person and a bed for 2 persons. In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV and a corner convertible sofa (bring flat sheets). The bathroom (sink, shower) is separate from the WC. It has a superb unobstructed view at the crossroads of the canals of the Quilles marina and its boats. Its terrace is approximately 9m2. Parking space at number 171. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible €50 (contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 90€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
