Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it enjoys an ideal location: just 300 m from the beaches and 100 m from shops. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher), a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom, with shower and sink, is separate from the toilet. The residence has secure communal parking. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
