Holiday rental in Sète: Pretty two-room apartment measuring 26 m2 with fully glazed loggia, located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence 300 m from the beach. It has a pleasant view of the canal des quilles. Its orientation is South.
It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, television, storage unit, an equipped kitchenette (3-burner induction hob, microwave, mini fridge freezer). In the bedroom, there is a double bed, 1 chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC.
A common parking space is provided for this apartment, closed by an electric gate. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, Mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
