Holiday Rental in Sète: Nice 2 room apartment of 33m² located in a quiet residence, with shared swimming pool (swimming pool open from June 1 to August 31.) From its loggia it has a beautiful view of the sea. Located on the 1st floor with elevator. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops 50m away. Residence a few steps from the fishing port of Sète.
The apartment has an airy bedroom with a 140 bed for 2 people. The living room consists of a sofa bed (for two people), storage space and a flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with (3-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave). The bathroom (sink, shower and storage) is separate from the WC. Common swimming pool within the residence open from June 15 to August 31. The apartment has a closed garage in the basement bearing number 813.
