Holiday rentals in Sète: Spacious three-room apartment of 61 m², very bright and modern. with terrace, on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in a new residence and a lovely view.
1km walk from the beach and 100m from shops in the new Salins district (Supermarket, Bakery, Halles with all the specialties of Sète and every Tuesday an open-air market...). In the 1st bedroom there is a 140x200 bed, storage and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 90*200 beds, storage. The living room is composed of 2 armchairs, table, chairs, stools, armchair, storage space and flat screen TV opening onto a pretty 11m² terrace. The bathroom contains basin, shower, towel dryer, storage and washing machine and separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, combined microwave, extractor hood. The apartment has a private parking space no. 3 in the basement. Apartment classified 3 stars.
