Holiday rental in Sète: Spacious 30m2 studio on the ground floor (with elevator) in a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30) + loggia overlooking the swimming pool. 250 m from the beach and 250 m from shops in the new Villeroy district. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen TV, storage, bunk beds. The bathroom (sink, shower and toilet). The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave, washing machine, table and chairs. A private parking space n°7. Pets allowed €30.
