Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Pleasant studio-cabin of 19m² of living space plus a 7.7m² terrace with garden furniture overlooking the Quilles canal. It is located on the second and top floor. Its exposure is West. The beaches are 600 m away and shops are nearby.
The cabin area is furnished with 2 bunk beds. Then, there is the living room, composed of a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, fridge, microwave, washing machine), a double sofa bed and a television. The bathroom consists of a shower and a sink. The toilets are separate. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
To be paid on arrival, tourist tax (5.5% of the price of the stay) and security deposit (300€) by card.
