Location Sète: Theater district, close to the train station. Beautiful 3-room air-conditioned apartment in a quiet building, on the 4th and top floor (no elevator). It is composed of a living room with sofa, TV, WIFI, open to the kitchen including: induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. A 1st bedroom with a 140 cm bed and storage, a 2nd bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and adjoining mezzanine (with a 140 cm bed for 2 people). A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and washing machine. The plus is its terrace (with furniture). The advantages of the location: Being able to do everything on foot, stop for lunch at the Halles de Sète. Sète beaches are 3.7 km away with the possibility of getting there by bus, bus lines 100 m from the apartment, SNCF train station 500 m away. Pets not allowed. 2-star apartment. Late check-in possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
