Holiday rental in Sète: Spacious two-room apartment of 41m2 on the first floor (with elevator) in a luxury residence with swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) + loggia of 8.90 m2. 250 m from the beach and 250 m from shops in the new Villeroy district. In the 11 m2 bedroom, you will have a 140 bed, a wardrobe and 2 bunk beds. The living room is composed of a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV. The bathroom (sink, shower and washing machine) is 5.60 m2, the WC is separate. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs. A garage box (disabled size: 3m l x 5m70 l x 2m h) and electric gate no. 18. The swimming pool will be open from June 1 to September 30. This apartment is classified 3 stars in France for 4 people.
