Description of the accommodation

Holiday rental in Sète: Superb two-room duplex of 34 m2 of living space, with two terraces (one of 7m² on the living room, and a second of 6m² on the bedroom with full sea view), located on the third floor (without elevator.) The beaches are 50 m away and shops are 700 m away. The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed, a television and a kitchen (2 hotplates, fridge, oven and dishwasher). In the upstairs bedroom, there is a double bed, a chest of drawers, the bathroom is adjoining (shower cubicle, sink and washing machine) and separate from the WC. A parking space is provided at number 33. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
