Holiday rental in Sète: Located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, this air-conditioned apartment full of charm with 27 m2 of floor space + mezzanine + 8m2 terrace with a view of the Quilles canal with garden furniture. and an exterior storeroom. West exposure. The beaches are 200 m away and shops are nearby. The living room is composed of a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer), a lounge area with bench seat, TV; and a dining area. In the bedroom, there is a 140 bed and a closet. The mezzanine includes a sofa bed + a single bed. As for the bathroom, it consists of a bathtub and a sink. The toilets are separate. Private parking n°66. Pet accepted: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
