Gîte located in the Perche Sarthois, 25 km from La Ferté Bernard, 20 minutes from the motorway exit, on the edge of the large forest of Vibraye, fitted out in an old 19th century building, close to the owners. Enclosed land. Ground floor living room with fireplace, fitted open kitchen and wood-burning stove. A bedroom with a 140 bed and its shower and WC just next door. Upstairs two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Each with shower and WC. Heated swimming pool 9m by 5m (with the owners), open from May to mid-September, straw hut available. Heating with wood stove in the kitchen and electric heating in the bedrooms. Not included: electricity and wood (65 euros per cubic meter). Cleaning fee 60 euros. Linens provided.
