Located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator, it consists of a living room with a BZ 140 sofa, opening onto a north-facing loggia. You will also discover an open equipped kitchen area and a bathroom.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are not included in the price.
