Located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator, it features a living room with a 140cm sofa bed and a 90cm mezzanine bed opening onto a north-facing loggia. You'll also find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen area and a bathroom.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
