In Seignosse le Penon, very nice fully renovated one-bedroom apartment, at the foot of the Landaises dunes and the shops, ideal for holidays on foot. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a bright and spacious living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed. You will find an equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with WC.
You also have a closed garage under the residence (for small car) or to store your surfboards or other.
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit online only.
Optional services to be provided before arrival:
- Sheets and towels: 20€ per person
- Cleaning during or at the end of the stay at 60€
- Mini box: €49/week or €10/day within the limits of available stocks.
