In Seignosse le Penon, completely renovated one-bedroom apartment, at the foot of the Landes dunes and shops, ideal for a holiday on foot. Located on the 1st floor, it consists of a bright and spacious living room with a 160x200 (2X80) sofa bed, an alcove with a single bed high up (not suitable for a child under 6 years old) and a separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed (2x80). You will also discover an equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, microwave grill, kettle, etc.) as well as a bathroom with WC.
There is an elevator in the residence.
The accommodation is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
