In Seignosse at the heart of the resort and at the foot of the Landes dune, pleasant fully renovated studio ideal for your holidays for 2 people. Located on the 1st floor of a residence without lift, it consists of a tastefully decorated living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, opening onto a west-facing balcony offering a direct view of the dune. You will also find an open fitted kitchen area and a bathroom. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
Beaches and shops 300 meters away.
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit online only.
