In Seignosse, ideally located at the foot of the wild dune and 400m from the shops, pleasant duplex patio villa in a residence with communal swimming pool. It has on the ground floor a living room with a sofa bed in 130 and a fitted kitchen all opening onto a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden. A bathroom with wc. Upstairs the sleeping area has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a shower room with wc.
Public swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 depending on weather conditions and excluding annual regulatory maintenance work.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool availability subject to orders due to COVID-19.
Attention, In view of the current health crisis, the closure of the swimming pool can be maintained.
Pets allowed: if you come with a pet an additional €39 will be required
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
