On the ground floor are: the air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden with Spa, the fully equipped dining kitchen, the large living room with billiards, pellet stove, television, a first bedroom with 140x190cm bed, the bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink, separate toilet.

Upstairs, three bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140 x 190cm (room size at 1m80 height: 9m², 7m², 12m²). The largest bedroom gives access to an east-facing balcony terrace with relaxation lounge and hanging seat. The 17m² mezzanine offers many games for the little ones.
