An old stone farmhouse, tastefully renovated, this cottage will provide you with great comfort thanks to the quality of its interior and exterior fittings.

Visit La Mine Bleue, 300m away, for a guided tour of the former slate mine, 126m underground. A unique site in Europe! A 20-minute walk away, you'll find the St. Blaise pond with supervised swimming, a playground, a beach bar, walks around the ponds, pedal boats, paddleboarding, trout fishing, and mini-golf. 3km away, visit Centrale 7, an artist residency in the former iron mine, which offers exhibitions and activities. You'll be 35 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes.

In the large 39m² eat-in kitchen, you'll find a comfortable dining area, a central island, and a functional kitchen with numerous amenities. In the living room, with its cathedral ceiling and plenty of character, there's a large flat-screen TV with a sound bar, garden views, and cozy, welcoming sofas.

From the kitchen, you access the southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture, an awning, a relaxation area, and sun loungers.

A first bedroom on the ground floor is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a 180x200cm bed. It's bright and offers a beautiful garden view, a large walk-in closet, and a television. A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and separate toilet are located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there's a beautiful mezzanine with an office, ideal for working from home, and a small 7.5m² bedroom (10m² floor space) with a 160x200cm bed. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet.

Beds and towels are included. A cleaning fee of €70 is charged extra. Internet access, private parking, enclosed garden, and electric gate are provided. No washing machine is available.
