A large independent house on 20 ha of unfenced land. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful entrance with separate WC, the dining room, the living room with two sofas and television and a beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, micro -waves, 4 induction burners, washing machine-dryer). A gallery/library with a view of the park serves the three bedrooms upstairs. They are all equipped with air conditioning, 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x190 bunk beds. The 1st has a bathroom with bathtub and WC and the others have a bathroom with a sink, a shower and a WC. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. Household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, bathroom linen, heating and electricity included. Animal supplement (dog only): €20 per stay/dog (cat not accepted). Come and spend a pleasant stay, in a calm and relaxing setting, in the heart of Périgord. A private swimming pool is at your disposal (unheated, salt swimming pool, size 5mx10m, depth of 1.10m to 1.40m, roller shutter, open from mid-April to mid-October). You will appreciate the charm of this beautiful 19th century residence, completely renovated in a large wooded park. A 400 hectare plot of causse and woods is located 500m from the property where you can go on numerous hikes and follow a Landart route and a trail of dry stone huts. Many tourist sites to visit in the surrounding area such as Brantôme (The Venice of Périgord), St Jean-de-Côle classified among "The most beautiful villages in France" but also Périgueux (City of Art and History) or the Castle of Hautefort and its famous gardens...
