Description of the accommodation

Independent house near the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will enter through a beautiful living room with lounge with TV, Internet and dining room. You will benefit from an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower and 2 WCs. Upstairs, you will have access to 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed and 2 160 cm beds.
You will appreciate the terrace protected by an arbor below the gîte (10 steps) with garden furniture and barbecue. Private swimming pool, unheated, chlorine, size 10mx5m, depth of 1.30m to 2.10m, entrance by steps, secured by an alarm and open from June to the end of September.
To relax, you can enjoy the private outdoor Jacuzzi.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair. All included, cleaning at the end of your stay, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen. €6 per basket of wood. Meter reading for electricity and heating. You will be in Savignac de Miremont, that is to say close to the main sites to discover the cultural and historical heritage of Périgord, while enjoying a beautiful view of the forest and the countryside from the swimming pool. You will appreciate the large, friendly living room with its comfortable sofas, its stone walls and the different materials used for the floor which give the room its own alchemy.
Périgord, a land of delicacies, which I leave to you to discover for yourself by going to the Bugue producers' market every Tuesday with, as a bonus, conviviality and exchange. Around 15 to 30 minutes' drive to discover the many sites of Périgord: International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, the village of Bournat in Bugue and the Proumeyssac chasm, the castles of the Dordogne Valley....
