Located in the heart of old Saumur, in the city center near the castle, on the banks of the Loire, the apartment located in a 16th century turret combines the advantages of urban life (public transport, shops, theater, tourist office ) and the calm of renovated old neighborhoods.

On the first floor of this small 16th century building, the apartment overlooks a shared interior courtyard which is part of a hiking trail. Atypical and bright, the different rooms of this gîte are located on several levels on either side of the central oak staircase:
- the first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
- the kitchen/dining room equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ...
- the second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds convertible into 1 180x190cm bed
- the bathroom with shower and separate WC
- the living room with a view of the castle and the Saint-Pierre-du-Marais Church is equipped with a convertible sofa and a television
- lingerie

There are a few steps to go from one room to another on the same level.

Wifi internet connection and heating are included. Sheet rental, bathroom linen and cleaning services are available as an option. Baby equipment available.

Free parking 5 minutes walk away, on the banks of the Loire. Possibility of 15 free minutes at the bottom of the gîte for unloading. Animals are accepted in this accommodation (supplement of 4€ per day).
