Initially built in 2011 by Véronique and Patrice, to accommodate their family (11 grandchildren), this very bright wooden frame house became Gîte de France in April 2013. Both retired, they are happy to welcome hosts to whom they share their historical, geographical and tourist knowledge of the Dieppe and Seine-Maritime region. They are happy to provide them with a flower garden, planted with a few large trees, and to chat with them over a drink!

Description of the accommodation

Ground floor: - living room with wood stove, TV and Wifi:
- dining area and living room,
- open kitchen with island (3 induction hobs, oven and microwave, 2 coffee makers: filters or pods, dishwasher)
- bathroom (Italian shower and washing machine), - separate toilet. Upstairs :
- landing with tourist information area/children's play area, office,
- 1 master bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm, baby bed),
- 1 children's bedroom (4 single beds 90x190cm), - toilet with sink, Possibility to rent for 6 people + 1 baby bed: €30 for the additional bed whatever the length of stay.
Provision of Harman/Kardon acoustic speaker for Youtube / Spotify connection.
Exterior: - Parking at the entrance to the property. 800 m² garden with trees and flowers with cabin and children's games.
-Optical fiber for teleworking Warm atmosphere for this wooden cottage, in the middle of greenery, near the Normandy coast!
Ten minutes from the sea and the cliffs of the Pays de Caux, here is a wooden frame house, completely independent at the bottom of the owners' garden. Set off to discover the port of Dieppe, that of Tréport, the royal city of Eu... and follow the impressionists (Renoir, Monet...) who planted their easels on the beaches or on the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast.
