In the quiet of a dead end 300 meters from the Gulf of Morbihan. "Ti Koad, Morbihan" charming recent house consists on the ground floor of an entrance opening onto a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, a large living room which will accommodate family and friends, a laundry room, a WC, a suite master bedroom with 160 cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140), two bedrooms with two single beds (90), a bathroom with baby equipment and a separate toilet. Outside you can enjoy the house's large garden, its terraces and its patio. Parking spaces. Linen included (Sheets and Towels).
