About this SpaceUnwind in this well-equipped urban penthouse — a relaxed, family-friendly base close to the Mar Menor. The flat is conveniently located near essential services: supermarket, bakery, fishmonger and the weekly market (Mondays). The salt flats are just 1.5 km away and perfect for cycling; nearby beaches such as La Llana and Punta de Alga offer unique sunrises and excellent local gastronomy. Bicycle hire is available on request.
This penthouse is registered with central air conditioning (cooling and heating). A travel cot, baby bath and extra bed are available on request.
Quick layout and what’s included:
Master bedroom:1 double bed 150 × 190 cm, built-in wardrobe, hangers, hairdryer and ceiling fan.
Second bedroom: 2 single beds 90 × 200 cm and a decorative clothes stand, ceiling fan.
Living room: sofa, dining table for four, warm indirect lighting, TV with Netflix and internet access.
Kitchen: toaster, kettle, microwave, capsule coffee machine, iron, full set of cookware and tableware (pans, pots, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery), plastic food containers, and Mar Menor sea-flower salt. Initial water and coffee capsules provided.
Bathroom: bath with screen and towel hook.
Utility area: drying rack, washing machine, gas water heater (boiler), sink for small washing and water connection. The boiler is located in a small kitchen utility gallery and runs on gas (kept active).
Terraces: ground terrace with wooden table, armchair and awnings; large rooftop terrace (approx. 70 m²) with seating — ideal for family evenings.

Practical instructionsLayout on entry: on entering the flat, you reach the master bedroom first; then the living room; to the right is the kitchen; further right is the small bedroom; and beyond that the bathroom.
How to operate heating / air conditioning: the control panel for climate (air-con and heating) is located just next to the bathroom.
Hot water / boiler: the gas boiler is in a small gallery off the kitchen and is kept active.
Fuse box / light switches: the electrical panel is by the entrance on the left.
Parking: there is parking directly in front of the building; there is also a public parking area behind the building. Please note, the market takes place on Mondays.
Shared spaces: swimming pool.
Pool access dates:available all year round.
