Ground floor: large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate WC, 1 “Gamay” master bedroom (1 160x200 bed and private bathroom). Upstairs: rest and reading area on the landing, 1 “Pinot Noir” bedroom (1 160x200 bed and 1 baby bed), 1 “Sauvignon” bedroom (2 90x200 beds), 1 bathroom. Sheets are provided (beds made) and heating is included. Baby equipment on request: high chair, bathtub or bath seat, changing table, bottle warmer and deckchair (Only the fitted sheet for the baby bed is provided). Upstairs, staircase secured by a barrier. Outside, the house opens via a veranda onto an open courtyard and a terrace. Occasionally, owners may have to pass through the courtyard to access a winery building. Non-smoking accommodation. In the center of the castles of Chambord, Cheverny, Blois and Chenonceau, 10km from the Château de Chaumont/Loire and its Garden Festival and 30 minutes from the Beauval ZooParc. The gîte is located on the Châteaux à vélo circuit, where you can admire them from another angle. Completely renovated in the heart of a town center wine estate, as an extension of the tasting cellar and close to the winegrower's house, the Logis was the home of his parents, also winegrowers, for several generations. The cottage has been very nicely refurbished, mixing modern and rustic, which offers a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Your hosts: Bénédicte and Gilles welcome you to their wine estate to share with you their passion as winegrowers. During your stay, depending on the seasons, they will be happy to offer you a tour of the estate and a tasting of the wines produced.
