Cozy apartment for five people with sea views located in the heart of Salou, less than 50m from Playa de Poniente. A five minute walk from the Salou Yacht Club and the shopping and leisure area. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, it is the ideal location to enjoy Salou with the family, both in summer and winter. If your passion is cycling or enjoying long walks, you are in front of the promenade that connects La Pineda, Salou and Montroig, passing through Vilafortuny and Cambrils. More than 10 km of bike lanes and pedestrian walkways to enjoy the Costa Dorada.

Close to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. Located 10 minutes by car from the Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari Land and 10 minutes from Reus airport. You will be able to enjoy, less than 15 minutes away, Tarragona, a Unesco heritage Roman City; or a walk in the mountains in the Priorat region, one of the world-renowned wine regions, located less than 40 minutes away. The apartment is completely renovated and includes all the services and security measures to be able to enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washer-dryer and hot water heater. With a heat pump / air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods and either on vacation or teleworking, since it has all the necessary elements for it, including free Wi-Fi internet connection. .
