This recent 2022 single-storey house is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The first bedroom has a large 180x200 bed and a desk, the second has a 140x190 bed and the third has 2 90x190 beds, a desk and children's games. You will also have at your disposal a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet. Heating in the living room is provided by reversible air conditioning. In the rooms it is electric. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, and children's swing. Baby equipment available: outdoor table and chair for children, a high chair, a travel cot, a potty, a bathtub, a changing mat.
The price includes: household linen; sheets; towels ; electricity. Heating €8/day. Cleaning at end of stay 80€. Halfway between Brive and Périgueux, this gîte is ideally located for discovering the emblematic tourist sites of Périgord (17km from Lascaux 4 to Montignac, 12km from Hautefort: castle and Museum of Medicine, 13km from the Tourtoirac cave, 23 km from Terrasson, 45 km from Sarlat, and close to many major tourist sites in the department (castles, gardens, caves, troglodyte sites, leisure sites). For lovers of walks in the great outdoors, you can enjoy hiking trails marked out in the surrounding area. You can also practice tree climbing in Thenon, canoeing in Montignac and St Léon sur Vézère, tennis in Azerat. Swimming enthusiasts can cool off in a screen of greenery at the Azerat swimming pool ( supervised) or at the cuckoo pond in Hautefort.
